Lindsay Lohan, Train Wreck of A Person

If I had a daughter (and I don't, I just seem to produce sons), the last thing I would want is for her to idolize these young hollywood girls. I'm talking about this group that seems suited to be called 'Jail Birdies' or something like that. First, Paris Hilton goes to jail for DUI, then Britney Spears goes to rehab (and is obviously a little crazy... ok a lot crazy). Now, we've got Nicole Richie possibly going to jail, and Lindsay Lohan getting arrested, AGAIN, for DUI, driving on a suspended license, and possession of cocaine.

Of course fire crotch... I mean Lohan, proclaims her innocence, but come on, this girl has lost her credibility, and there's no doubt that she's drinking and using. I was happy to see the outcome in the Paris Hilton ordeal. Well, I say happy, I think it was mishandled and then righted. She needed to go to jail, and eventually did. Now, will justice be done on Lohan?

I read something ridiculous involving this train wreck of a person. Lohan was recently quoted as saying that she read Machiavelli's The Prince, and that it had 'changed my life' as she put it. How exactly does a political treatise written by a man who believed that morals could be bought and sold, and that ethics and politics needed no connection, change the life of a 21 year old girl? Oh yeah, she's illiterate, that's why.

Oh well, I could say I don't care, but I just wrote a long thing about it, so I guess it does bug me.
